Troubleshooting.
If a computer keeps freezing, a printer stops, a file is gone, or you think something is wrong on the network — call. General troubleshooting is the work of getting you back in business.
The fix is sometimes simple. It is not always the most obvious thing. We may need to look at the rest of the setup to see what is actually causing the problem.

We see the problem through from start to finish.Diagnose first. Then fix what is there.
How a problem gets solved
Most office issues are straightforward. More complex issues require a closer look at your systems so we can identify the actual cause.

1
The kind of problems
Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, files, and related technology problems. Those are typical examples — the work is not limited to that list.
-
2
How we find the cause
We isolate the cause before we recommend a fix. That can mean looking past the machine in front of you — at the network, a printer queue, a backup, or something else in the office that is contributing.

How a call typically goes
You will talk through what started, what changed, and what you have already tried. We work the problem until it is resolved, including calling a vendor when the issue sits with them.
When something stops working
Call when a computer, printer, or other system is failing, when work is stuck, or when a problem that looked small keeps coming back.
You do not have to know whether it is hardware, software, or the network. That is the point of the visit.
Look at the whole setup
We know from experience that the obvious symptom is not always the cause. A full look at the setup is how we avoid sending you back to the same outage.
