If the issue is your internet, phone, or website vendor, we call them. We do not hand you a number and walk away.

We work at every level on any size problem.

You talk to people who know the work, show up on-site when needed, and own the result. Cobalt is an IT consulting firm—not an outsourced IT department and not a monthly monitoring contract.

We consult, troubleshoot, and follow the work through so you can focus on the work only you can do. The work is project-based: a beginning and an end.

Diagnostic tools may be used during an assessment. That is not ongoing monitoring.

    Straightforward problems are often resolved without a long investigation. Network, security, and hardware issues receive a full review of the setup so we can help prevent repeat outages.
