Disaster recovery.
Disaster recovery covers two jobs. One is help after a serious failure — hardware down, systems offline, data that looks gone. The other is planning so you are in a stronger position before that day arrives.
A serious hardware or system failure can stop a business for days. The better time to talk is before the crisis. If you are already in one, call anyway.

Call before you have a crisis. Call during one too.Disaster planning and system recovery
Recovery, and the plan that comes first
Both belong here. One is urgent. The other is how you avoid the worst of it.

Recovery and planning
Help recovering from system and hardware failures, and planning intended to reduce the chance of serious data or system loss. The two are related. They are not the same visit.

How we help
If systems have failed, we help you through recovery. We do not tear hardware apart ourselves to retrieve data; we know where a drive can go and stay with you through that process. If you call before a failure, we work on a plan for backups and a setup that can take a hit without taking the business with it.

Crisis versus planning
In a crisis: a clear next step, not a lecture. In planning: a look at how you back up, what would happen if hardware failed, and what should change. Either way, we follow the work through.
After a failure, or before one
Call when a motherboard, drive, or wider system has gone down, or when you know you do not have a workable plan if that happened tomorrow.
Planning is the quieter version of the same work — getting ahead of a failure instead of reacting to one.
Help through the process
We stay with the recovery. We do not promise that every file can be pulled back from every failure. The plan is how you make that outcome less likely.
