Most customer problems are fairly simple, and we’ll be in and out in no time. If we do come across a tough issue that requires more analysis and time, we have powerful diagnostic tools that can monitor all operations on your computer or throughout your network to determine the cause.
Whatever you’re here for, we stay on the problem until it’s solved. If your problem isn’t your own equipment or system but it’s related to your website or your phone, we don’t say, “Oh hey, call your provider, see you later.” We call the provider, we work it out. We aren’t finished until you’re back in business.
We take our cue from you. We’ll get you a website designer or a wireless tech or set you up with a security systems provider, if you need. We’ll continue to be the go-to with those vendors or we’ll just create the relationship, then back out and let you work directly with them. It’s what you want, how you want it, and when you want it.
Our goal is to leave you with a seamless, comfortable working environment. For instance, if we’re replacing your computer, we want to make it look like nothing changed. Your icons are there, your background is still there, your color scheme is the same, your email folders are all where you expected them. You’re back up and running with the same look-and-feel you had the day before.
